NORTH BEACH CAPRESE MARY

Fresh basil leaves 5 ea.
Balsamic vinegar 0.333 oz.
Fresh pepper 0.125 oz.
U'luvka Vodka 1-1/2 oz.
Fernet Branca 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 dashes
Tomato juice 2 oz.
Lime juice 1/2 oz.
Salt pinch

Cherry tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella, di bufula 2 ea.
Fresh basil sprig 1 ea.
Fresh pepper, grinded a little
Balsamic vinegar drizzle

Method

  1. Muddle basil leaves with balsamic vinegar and pepper. Add vodka, Fernet and TABASCO® Sauce. Add tomato juice and ice. Roll from a glass to shaker tin several times. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  2. Garnish with cherry tomatoes stuffed with mozzarella di bufala and a sprig of fresh basil. Grind a little fresh pepper over the drink and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
