TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 dashes
Mango purée 3 oz.
Poblano pepper, fine diced 1 Tbsp.
Bermuda onion, fine diced 1 Tbsp.
Lime juice, fresh 2 tsp.
Allspice, ground 1 tsp.

Fire

Ice cubes 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Mildly Seasoned Bloody Mary Mix 2 oz.
U'Luvka Vodka 1-1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 dashes
Tomato juice, fresh 1 oz.
Pickapeppa sauce 2 dashes
Pepper, black, cracked 1 tsp.
Cilantro, chopped 2 tsp.

Garnish

Lime, fresh 1 ea.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients for "Ice" into a blender and quick blend into slush.* Pour into pint glass.
  2. Add all ingredients for "Fire" into a blender and quick blend into slush.* Pour into pint glass on top of "Ice" mixture.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel. *Note: Do not blend ingredients too long or pepper, onion and cilantro will become indistinguishable; they are part of the appearance as well as flavor.
