Ingredients Weight Measure
Cucumber, fresh, seeded, diced 1 cup
Vodka, Modern Spirits Celery Peppercorn 1 1/2 oz.
Ginger syrup, fresh 1 oz.
Lychee juice, fresh 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 5 dashes
Yuzu juice 1/2 oz.

Garnish

Cucumber, seedless, thinly sliced 1 ea.
Ginger, pickled, thinly sliced 1 ea.
Skewer 2 ea.

Method

  1. Muddle cucumber and strain into metal Boston Shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, shake ans strain into glass.
  3. Garnish with cucumber ginger root flower. How to make flower: Thinly slice cucumber and fold into a cone shape with the circles falling in overlapping layers(like a rose). Fill with a few slices of finely sliced ginger. Secure flower with toothpicks or chopsticks.
