Pizza sauce 1 qt.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 oz.
Light chili powder 2 Tbsp.
Granulated garlic 2 tsp.
Salt (optional depending on the base pizza sauce used) 1 Tbsp.
12" pizza crust 6 ea.
Cilantro, chopped 12 Tbsp.
Lime zest 6 tsp.
Shrimp, 21/25, peeled and deveined 4 lbs.
Blended cheddar and mozzarella cheese 9 cups
Mexican crumble cheese 9 Tbsp.
Lime wedges as desired


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F or whatever specifications are for your dough.
  2. In 4 qt. mixing bowl, add pizza suace, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, chili powder, granulated garlic and salt, if needed.
  3. Whisk together to ensure all is evenly blended.
  4. On each pizza round, place 6 oz. pizza sauce and spread evenly, leaving 1" border around crust.
  5. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. cilantro and 1 tsp. lime zest evenly over top of sauce.
  6. Place about 15 shrimp evenly around top of pizza; then evenly cover with 1-1/2 cups blended cheese.
  7. Place in oven and bake until crispy brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with 1-1/2 Tbsp. Mexican crumble cheese and slice as desired; serve with extra lime wedges.

Yield: 6 pizzas
