Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Green olives, minced 1/4 cup
Black olives, minced 1/4 cup
Pepperoncini, minced 2 Tbsp.
Roasted red peppers, minced 2 Tbsp.
Red onion, minced 1 Tbsp.
Celery 2 Tbsp.
Dried oregano 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Salt pinch
Black pepper pinch
Prepared pizza dough 12 oz.
Cornmeal 2 Tbsp.
Provolone cheese, shredded 1-1/2 cups
Ham, 1/2" dice 1/4 cup
Salami, thin slices 1/4 cup
Mortadella, 1/2" dice 1/4 cup
Fresh parsley 2 Tbsp.


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine garlic, green olives, black olives, pepperoncini, raosted red peppers, red onions, celery, dried oregano, TABASCO® Sauce, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. On a flat work surface, flatten pizza dough into a 14" disk, leaving a 1/2" raised rim around the edge. Place on a wooden pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal. Spread an even layer of olive mixture on pizza dough. Next spread a layer of provolone cheese. Distribute ham, salami and mortadella over cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and top with parsley.

Yield: 1 14" pizza, or 2-3 servings
