ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH POACHED EGGS, TURKEY, SPINACH AND JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients Weight Measure
English muffins, split 6 ea.
Cream cheese, softened 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 oz.
Eggs 12 ea.
Vinegar, white 1 Tbsp.
Turkey breast, sliced 12 oz.
Spinach, steamed or sautéed 12 oz.
Green onions, chopped, for garnish 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Toast English muffins.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  3. Poach eggs in simmering water with vinegar.
  4. Divide half of seasoned cream cheese between English muffins and top with turkey, spinach and poached eggs.
  5. Garnish with green onions and remaining seasoned cream cheese.

Yield: 6 servings
