GRILLED FISH WITH WEST INDIES SMOKY MOCK BÉARNAISE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Béarnaise mix, packaged 18 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 tsp.
Allspice 1/4 tsp.
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste
Tuna fillets 6 oz.

Method

  1. To prepare West Indies Smoky Mock Béarnaise, prepare béarnaise mix according to package instructions, reducing vinegar, butter and tarragon by half. Allow to cool and add TABASCO® Pepper Sauces, allspice, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Oil fish lightly and grill over medium heat. Serve with West Indies Smoky Mock Béarnaise.
