JAMAICAN GLAZED SALMON

Jamaican Glaze

Ingredients Weight Measure
Lime jelly 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Jamaican jerk seasoning 2 tsp.
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
Red peppers, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Water 1/4 cup

Salmon

Ingredients Weight Measure
Salmon 8 oz.
Jamaican Glaze, divided (see above and below) 6 oz.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients for Jamaican Glaze together and refrigerate.
  2. Coat salmon with 3 oz. Jamaican Glaze. Place on oven pan sprayed with pan release. Bake until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Place on plate and serve with 3 oz. warmed glaze.

Yield: 1 8-oz. serving
