ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mixed salad greens 12-16 oz.
Chicken, cooked, diced 8 oz.
Mandarin orange segments, drained 15 oz.
Red bell pepper, julienne 1 ea.
Sliced almonds 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 5 oz.
Chow mein noodles 1 cup

Method

  1. Combine salad greens, chicken, orange segments, bell peppers and almonds in large salad bowl.
  2. Pour on TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce to taste and toss gently until blended.
  3. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and serve immediately.
