Steak Satay

Ingredients Weight Measure
Steak strips 3 lbs.
Sesame oil 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Chinese five-spice 2 tsp.
Peanuts, chopped, for garnish 1/2 cup
Scallions, chopped, for garnish 1/2 cup

Dipping Sauce

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Sesame oil 2 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
Brown sugar 1 Tbsp.
Peanuts, chopped 1 Tbsp.


  1. Mix steak, sesame oil, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and Chinese five-spice in mixing bowl. Place in plastic bags, sealing and squeezing out most of the air. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. In separate bowl, mix all dipping sauce ingredients except peanuts. Top with chopped peanuts.
  3. When ready to serve, skewer steak and grill to desired temperature. Top with peanuts and scallions and serve with dipping sauce.
