Ingredients Weight Measure
Ground sirloin 1 lb.
Ground brisket 1 lb.
Ground chicken 1 lb.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Cumin 1/2 tsp.
Paprika 1/2 tsp.
Chili powder 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Potato buns, split 4 ea.
Grilled onion relish 1 cup
Green chiles, roasted 1/2 cup


  1. Combine sirloin, brisket, chicken, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper in bowl and mix. Form into 4-oz. patties. Place on grill and cook to order.
  2. Grill buns lightly. Place burger on bun bottom and top with grilled onion relish, roasted green chiles and bun top.

Yield: 8 servings
