SPICED HABANERO FRUIT SOUP WITH BRANDY

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cornstarch 2 tsp.
Water 3 Tbsp.
Apricot nectar 32 oz.
Brandy 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Allspice, ground 1/4 tsp.
Peaches, peeled and sliced 8 oz.
Pears, peeled and sliced 8 oz.

Method

  1. Dissolve cornstarch in water; then mix with apricot nectar, brandy, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, honey and allspice in small saucepan.
  2. Over medium heat, bring to boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat and add fruit; then chill.

Yield: 8 servings
