Ingredients Weight Measure
Light rum 2 oz.
Dark rum 2 oz.
CuraƧao 3/4 oz.
Orange juice 3-1/2 oz.
Pineapple juice 3-1/2 oz.
Almond syrup 3/4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 dashes
Pineapple slices 2 ea.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except pineapple slices in a shaker half filled with ice. Shake and pour into ice-filled Collins glasses.
  2. Garnish each with a pineapple slice.
