Crème fraîche 1/2 cup
Shallots, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tsp.
Fresh dill, chopped 1 tsp.
Horseradish, prepared 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Salt pinch
Oysters 6 ea.
Lemon zest, to garnish 1 tsp.


  1. Combine crème fraîche, shallots, lemon juice, fresh dill, horseradish, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and salt. Combine thoroughly. Remove and chill.
  2. Shuck oysters. For each serving, prepare a martini glass with plain crushed ice and place oyster on top. Top with sauce.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest.
