TABASCO® Vinaigrette

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar 1-1/2 cups
Basil, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Mint, fresh, chopped 1 tsp.
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup
Olive oil 1 cup

Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® Vinaigrette (see above) 3/4 cup
Broccoli florets, blanched 1/2 cup
Red onion, chopped 1/4 cup
Black olives, pitted 1/4 cup
Tomatoes, diced 1 cup
Squash, sliced, cooked 1 cup
Red bell pepper, strips 1/2 cup
Penne pasta, cooked, cooled 2 lbs.

Method

  1. For TABASCO® Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients.
  2. For Vegetable Pasta, place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss gently to coat pasta and vegetables with TABASCO® Vinaigrette. Refrigerate before serving if a cold dish is desired.
