Ingredients Weight Measure
Jack cheese, low salt, shredded 6 oz.
Cumin, ground 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Flour tortillas, low fat, 8" 8 ea.
Chicken breast, grilled, shredded 8 oz.
Red onions, finely diced 1/2 cup
Cilantro leaves 2 Tbsp.
Tomato, chopped 1/2 cup


  1. Combine cheese, cumin and TABASCO® Sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spread 1-1/2 oz. of cheese mixture on 1 tortilla. Top with 1/4 each of grilled chicken, red onions, cilantro and tomatoes.
  3. Place a second tortilla on top of the first. Repeat for the other 3 quesadillas.
  4. Carefully place quesadillas on griddle or in large sauté pan over medium heat. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes and then turn and cook the other side until lightly browned and quesadillas are heated through.
  5. Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges, garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with salsa.
