FIREHOUSE BURGERS WITH PEPPERED BACON AND CHEDDAR - LOWER SODIUM

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon slices, low sodium 6 ea.
Black pepper, ground as needed
Ground beef patties, 6 oz. 6 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Cheddar cheese, low salt, slices 6 ea.
Hamburger rolls, split 6 ea.

Method

  1. Season bacon strips liberally with black pepper and bake until crisp.
  2. Grill beef patties. When done, brush with TABASCO® Sauce.
  3. Melt cheese on patties, place on bottom halves of hamburger rolls, top each with a slice of bacon and replace roll tops.
