TABASCO®-SPICED BAJA BREAKFAST WRAPS - LOWER SODIUM

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breast, cooked, diced 12 oz.
Prepared tomato salsa 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Eggs, large, beaten 18 oz. 12 ea.
Flour tortillas, low fat 6 ea.
Cheddar cheese, low salt, shredded 1 cup
Avocado, medium dice 1 cup

Method

  1. Combine chicken breast, salsa and TABASCO® Sauce. Saut├ę until ingredients are hot and excess liquid evaporates. Reserve warm.
  2. For each serving, ladle 3 oz. eggs into a nonstick omelet pan and cook the egg omelet style until it sets.
  3. Place the omelet onto a flour tortilla and ladle 2 oz. chicken mixture, 1 oz. cheese and 2 Tbsp. avocado down the center of the omelet. Roll the omelet inside the tortilla, burrito style.
