Prepared pizza dough 12 oz.
Pizza sauce 3/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/3 cup
Provolone cheese, shredded 1/3 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated 1/3 cup
Asiago cheese, grated 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Salt pinch
Black pepper pinch


  1. On a flat work surface, flatten pizza dough into a 14" circle, leaving a 1/2" raised rim around the edge. Place on a wooden pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal.
  2. Combine Mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and asiago cheese in a bowl. Add TABASCO® Sauce and mix to combine thoroughly.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over dough and top with an even layer of cheese blend.
  4. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Yield: 1 14" pizza, or 2-3 servings
