Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 4 ea.
Lime juice 1/4 cup
Orange juice 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves, crushed 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.


  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the bowl and reserve the marinade.
  4. Pre-heat a non-stick sauté pan on a medium high heat.
  5. Add the oil and sauté the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until almost cooked through.
  6. Add the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken breasts with the reduced marinade poured over the top.
