Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded and wings halved at joint 9 lbs.
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen orange juice concentrate 12 oz.
Cold water 6 oz.
Honey 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 1/4 cup

  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold running water and blot dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken wings on racks on sheet pans and broil for about 4 minutes on each side, until browned, crispy and internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove from broiler and drain on paper towels. Place cooked wings in a roaster or hotel pan.
  3. Meanwhile, combine orange juice concentrate, water, honey and TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce in a saucepan. Stir to blend and allow the mixture to come to a rolling boil. Boil until the mixture becomes thick and syrupy, but don't reduce by more than one-fourth. Pour the hot mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
  4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
