Saffron pinch
Water 2 oz.
Chicken wings 4-1/2 lbs.
Seasoned flour (with salt and pepper) 4 cups
Chili garlic sauce 2 cups
Hoisin sauce 1-1/4 cups
Ginger, grated 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 6 oz.
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Soak the saffron in the water. Set aside.
  2. Coat the chicken wings with seasoned flour and deep-fry until light golden brown in color. Set aside in a large pan.
  3. Combine the chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce and saffron (with water) in medium mixing bowl. Season with salt or pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the partially cooked chicken wings and toss to coat.
  5. Place the chicken wings on baking sheet in 350°F oven and bake until done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
