TORTILLA CRUSTED BUFFALO WINGS WITH BUFFALO CHEESE SAUCE

Marinade and Wings

TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 1 cup
Chicken wings, fresh, thawed and washed 12 ea.
Seasoned flour 2 cups
Eggs, whole, beaten 3 ea.
Tortillas, coarsely crushed 1 cup

Spicy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cheddar cheese sauce 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 2 oz.

Method

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 cup TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Standard breading method: dip wings into seasoned four, the egg wash and then crushed tortillas to coats evenly.
  3. Deep-fry wings for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. To make the Spicy Cheese Sauce, combine the cheddar cheese sauce and TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce. Mix well. Serve warm
