TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 (5oz.) bottles
Diced tomatoes, canned, with liquid 4 cups
Brown sugar, packed 2 cups
Dijon mustard 2 cups
Tomato paste 1 cup
White vinegar 1 cup
Curry powder 4 Tbsp.
Dry granulated garlic 4 tsp.
Kosher salt 4 tsp.
Light molasses 2 cups
Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 12 lbs.


  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Combine TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, canned tomatoes, brown sugar, mustard, tomato paste, vinegar, curry powder, garlic and salt in medium saucepan; heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in molasses.
  3. Transfer mixture to blender; blend until smooth.
  4. Toss 1/3 of sauce on chicken. Bake in oven until desired doneness.
