Chicken wings, separated 24 ea.
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 3/4 cup
Aleppo 1/2 cup
Ground coriander 1/4 cup
Ground cumin 1/4 cup
Smoked paprika 1/4 cup
Curry powder 2 Tbsp.


  1. In a stainless steel bowl large enough to hold all the wings, mix the TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce, aleppo, coriander, cumin, paprika and curry powder.
  2. Add in the wings and rub until all the wings are evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  4. Lay wings on parchment paper in a 2" hotel pan and cover with aluminum foil; bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Increase the temperature of the oven to 400°F.
  6. Remove foil from the hotel pan and place back in the oven to brown the wings, about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven. Place on plate and garnish with celery and carrots if desired.
