SPINACH, BACON, CHEDDAR AND EGG BREAKFAST PIZZA

Prepared pizza dough 8 oz.
Eggs 4 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Wild spinach, cleaned, stems removed 6 oz.
Bacon, cooked 7 strips
White sharp cheddar, sliced 3 oz.

Method

  1. Preheat oven and pizza stone to 475°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the stone.
  3. Layer the wild spinach over the entire pizza dough; sprinkle TABASCO® Sauce over the spinach. Lay down a layer of sliced cheddar. Lay another layer of spinach, TABASCO® Sauce and cheddar.
  4. Bake pizza for 4-6 minutes.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and crack whole eggs over pizza, evenly spaced.
  6. Return pizza to oven and bake for another 3-4 minutes, until egg yolks are cooked but still runny.
  7. Place on a plate and lay the cooked bacon on top.
