SPICY CARROT HORCHATA

Ingredients Weight Measure
Rice, whole grain, cooked 4-1/2 cups
Carrot juice 4-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Cinnamon, ground 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Vanilla extract 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Milk, whole 1-1/2 cup

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and puree until very smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until cold and serve in tall glasses.
