New York strip steak 1 lb.
Tamarind, soaked 1/2 block
Ginger, minced 3 Tbsp.
Orange juice 1 cup
Agave syrup 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 cup
Cilantro, minced 1/2 bunch


  1. Slice steak lengthwise into 3/4-in. strips.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and whisk together; add the steak.
  3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Thread steak slices onto wooden skewers; grill to desired temperature.
