TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 cup
Pimento cheese 2 cups
Eggs 2 ea.
Wonton skins, 4-in. squares 1 pkg.


  1. Combine TABASCO® Sauce and pimento cheese; chill for 30 min.
  2. Whisk eggs.
  3. Lay wonton skins out in a row and brush with the egg wash.
  4. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the TABASCO® Sauce-pimento cheese mixture into the middle of each
  5. Fold into a beggar’s purse and lay on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer until ready to fry.
  6. Fry at 350°’F until golden brown, approximately, 2-3 minutes.
