Shallot, minced 2 Tbsp.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.

Whipped Cream

Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 Tbsp.
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Spicy Chocolate, shaved 1/4 cup


  1. Preheat pizza oven to 475°F.
  2. Form pizza dough, then spread butter and sugar on top. Bake, knocking down any air bubbles.
  3. Combine all the peach ingredients and grill, searing both sides of the peach segment.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cream, vanilla, cinnamon, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and sugar. Whip to a smooth, barely stiff peak.
  5. Lay baked pizza dough on a plate and spread the flavored whipped cream on top. Place grilled peaches on the pizza, along with any remaining honey or sauce from the grilled peaches. Sprinkle shaved TABASCO® Spicy Chocolate on top.
