Ingredients Weight Measure
Apples, peeled, cored, sliced 72 oz. 18 cups
Butter, melted 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Cinnamon 2 Tbsp.
Sugar 6 oz. 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Biscuit dough, prepared, divided 72 oz.
Cinnamon and sugar blend as needed
Vanilla ice cream, #30 scoop 24 scoops


  1. To prepare the apple mixture, combine apples, butter, cinnamon, sugar and TABASCO® Sauce. Mix well. Hold.
  2. To assemble each cobbler, place 4 oz. biscuit dough in bottom of 5" ramekin. Top with 6 oz. apple mixture and top with additional 2 oz. biscuit dough. Dust with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-40 minutes until apples are tender.
  3. Serve each cobbler warm with 2 scoops of ice cream.
