Apple cider vinegar 3/4 quart
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Corn syrup 1/2 cup
Horseradish 2 Tbsp.


  1. For the Skewers, in a large bowl, combine diced chicken and rotisserie seasoning; shake off any excess.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken in a strip of bacon. Thread 4 onto a metal skewer; repeat to make a total of 12 skewers.
  3. For the White Barbecue Sauce, combine the rest of the ingredients; set aside.
  4. Place skewers on a rotisserie spit and cook until done.
  5. Serve with a side of White Barbecue Sauce.
