Ingredients Weight Measure
Bread flour 4-1/2 cups
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk, warm 1 cup
Water 1/3 cup
Egg, beaten 1 ea.
Butter, melted 3 Tbsp.
Dry yeast 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar, superfine 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Spicy Pepper Jelly 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp.


  1. In a standard mixer with a paddle, combine all ingredients except superfine sugar, TABASCO® Spicy Pepper Jelly and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  2. Work until dough is formed. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out dough to 1/2-in. thick; cut into 24 equal portions.
  4. Preheat a deep fryer to 350ºF. Fry dough until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the fryer and sprinkle with superfine sugar.
  6. In a small bowl, mix TABASCO® Habanero Sauce into TABASCO® Spicy Pepper Jelly. When doughnuts are cool, place mixture into an injection needle and pipe into center of doughnuts.
