TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Semolina rolls 12 ea.
Mustard greens 1 lb.
Pickled daikon, shredded 2 cups
Pickles, sliced thinly lengthwise 24 slices
Pastrami, sliced thinly 2 lb.

Method

  1. Combine TABASCO® Green Sauce and mayo; set aside.
  2. Slice each roll lengthwise.
  3. To assemble each sandwich, spread jalapeño mayo on bottom layer of a roll. Spread mustard greens across, then layer shredded daikon and sliced pickles. Layer pastrami over top, close the sandwich and serve.
