Butter 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Brown sugar 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Red apples, sliced 48 oz. 12 cups
Rum 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Apple juice 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Vanilla ice cream, #10 scoop 36 oz. 12 scoops
Cinnamon and sugar blend as needed


  1. To prepare the apples Foster, heat butter and add brown sugar and apples; sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add rum, apple juice and TABASCO® Sauce.
  2. For each serving, pour 6 oz. apple mixture onto an oval plate. Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and dust with cinnamon and sugar blend.
