Beef, freshly ground chuck 1 lb.
Bacon, cooked crisp, chopped, with drippings 8 oz.
Red onion, chopped 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, divided 2 oz. + 2/3 oz.
Garlic cloves, peeled and chopped 8 ea.
Croutons, seasoned, crushed or chopped into crumbs 2 oz.
Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Hamburger rolls, toasted 4 ea.
Lettuce, shredded 4 oz.
Tomato, sliced 4 slices
Onion, sliced 4 slices
Steak fries 1 lb.
Kosher pickle 4 spears


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, bacon, red onion, 2 oz. of TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, garlic and croutons by hand, just until well combined and thoroughly blended.
  3. Shape mixture into 4 equally large burger patties of about 1/2 lb. each.
  4. Place burgers onto broiler pan and broil to desired doneness, turning only once (about 4 to 5 min. per side for medium doneness).
  5. Combine Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise and remaining 2/3 oz. TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce; spread mixture onto each hamburger roll crown. Serve each burger warm on a toasted roll with lettuce, tomato and onion, alongside 4 oz. steak fries and a big kosher pickle spear.
