White onion 1 ea.
Yellow bell pepper 1 ea.
Red bell pepper 1 ea.
Green bell pepper 1 ea.
Red onion, shaved 1/2 ea.
Enchilada sauce 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 oz.
Thin-crust pizza shell, 12" diameter 1 ea.
Roasted chicken, sliced 1-1/2 cups
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 oz.
Jack cheese, shredded 2 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 oz.
Sour cream 1/4 cup
Lime, juiced 1 ea.


  1. Confetti-dice white onion and bell peppers; mix together. Combine with shaved red onion. Set aside.
  2. Mix together enchilada sauce and TABASCO® Sauce, spread over pizza shell, and lay sliced chicken over top.
  3. Combine all cheeses; spread one-third to one-half over top of pizza.
  4. Generously sprinkle pepper-onion mixture over cheese, then cover with another layer of cheese.
  5. Bake in a 375ยบ oven until golden brown.
  6. While baking, combine sour cream and lime juice; drizzle over the finished pizza.
