MEXICAN STREET CORN

Ingredients Weight Measure
Crema 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 2 oz.
Lime juice 2 Tbsp.
Cilantro, chopped 1/2 bunch
Corn on the cob 4 ea.
Cotija cheese 1/2 lb.

Method

  1. Combine crema with TABASCO® Green Sauce, lime juice and cilantro; set aside.
  2. Grill corn until semi-charred.
  3. Spread each ear with the crema mixture, without covering all the corn.
  4. Sprinkle Cotija cheese over top.
