NACHOS WITH QUESO, GUAC AND PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tortilla chips 1 lb.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz.
Queso sauce 1 cup
Guacamole, prepared 1 cup
Pico de gallo 1 cup

Method

  1. Arrange the chips on an ovenproof dish.
  2. Mix TABASCO® Sauce into queso; pour queso sauce all over chips.
  3. Place into a 350ºF oven for 3 minutes to toast chips.
  4. Arrange guacamole around the base.
  5. Garnish with pico de gallo.

Yield: 4 servings
