SPICY GOAT CHEESE, RAINBOW BEETS, ARUGULA & PESTO FLATBREAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Goat cheese 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 oz.
Pizza dough 14 oz.
Pesto 1/2 cup
Rainbow beets, cooked and sliced into half moons 2 cups
Baby arugula 1 cup

Method

  1. Combine goat cheese and TABASCO® Sauce; chill.
  2. Stretch pizza dough and spread pesto on the top.
  3. Place rainbow beets all over the top of the stretched dough and crumble chilled goat cheese mixture over the beets.
  4. Bake at 375ยบ until done.
  5. Slice, then place arugula over top.

Yield: 4 servings
