Ingredients Weight Measure
Unsweetened pineapple juice - 1/4 cup
Cream of coconut 2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
Rum 1 1/4 oz. -
Crushed ice - 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Green
Pepper Sauce - 1 tsp.
Lime wheel - 1 slice

Method

  1. In blender combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, ice and TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Frost edges of glass with sugar and serve with a wheel of lime.

Yield: 1 drink
