GARLIC PEPPERED MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Russet potatoes, peeled, quartered 3 lbs.
Butter or margarine 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Milk, hot 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Place potatoes in large pot, cover with water and bring to boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until tender; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until garlic is soft.
  3. Mash potatoes; add butter mixture, milk and TABASCO® Sauce. Continue mashing until smooth. Season with salt.
