SHRIMP IN GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Shrimp, cleaned and deveined 3-1/4 lbs. 72 ea.
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Garlic, crushed 4 cloves
Salt 1-1/2 tsp.
Parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Wash cleaned shrimp and dry on paper towels.
  2. Sauté shrimp in oil with garlic until lightly browned.
  3. Add salt, parsley, TABASCO® Sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
