Fresh watercress leaves, dry, packed 1-1/2 cups
Fresh parsley sprigs, dry, packed 1-1/2 cups
Fresh basil leaves, dry, packed 1-1/2 cups
Pine nuts or whole almonds, toasted 1/3 cup
Garlic, chopped 3 small cloves
Fresh lime juice 1/3 cup
Vegetable oil 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3/4 tsp.
Beef top (inside) round 3 lbs.
Belgian endive garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients except beef in bowl of food processor or container of electric blender; process until smooth. Transfer to covered container and chill at least 24 hours to develop flavors.
  2. Chill beef in freezer several hours before slicing. Just before serving, slice beef paper-thin in large oval slices with electric slicer.
  3. Serve 1 Tbsp. sauce with 2 oz. beef. Garnish plate with Belgian endive.
