GREEN PEPPER GARDEN COLESLAW

Mayonnaise 1 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground ginger 1 tsp.
Cabbage, shredded 2 qts.
Green or red bell pepper, medium, chopped 2 ea.
Carrot, medium, shredded 2 ea.
Zucchini, medium, shredded 2 ea.
Green onion, chopped 1/2 cup

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, salt and ginger until blended. Add cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini and green onions; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Yield: 12 servings
