Ingredients Weight Measure
Medium-sized new red potatoes, cubed 12 ea.
Olive or vegetable oil 2/3 cup
Cider vinegar 1/2 cup
Country-style Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp.
Small onion, chopped 2 ea.
Garlic clove, minced 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/3 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Dill, dried, chopped 1 tsp.
Tarragon, dried, chopped 1 tsp.


  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, onions, garlic, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, salt, dill and tarragon; blend well. Add warm potatoes and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
