Unsalted butter or margarine 10 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 9 cloves
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Pecan halves 3 lbs. 12 cups
Fines herbs (optional) 1-1/2 Tbsp.


  1. Heat butter or margarine on sheet pan in oven at 250°F until melted.
  2. Add garlic and TABASCO® Sauce and continue baking 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in pecans and spread evenly over sheet pan; bake 1 hour or until brown and crisp, stirring often. Cool before storing in air-tight containers. Season with fines herbes for extra flavor, if desired.
