Butter or margarine 3 Tbsp.
Garlic cloves, minced 3 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pecan halves 3 cups


  1. In small skillet, melt butter; add garlic, TABASCO® Sauce and salt and cook 1 minute.
  2. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet or in jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake in 250°F oven 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally.

Yield: 3 cups
