COCKTAIL SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chili sauce 1 qt.
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Horseradish 1/2 cup
Onion, grated 1-1/2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.

Method

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Serve with Spanish Park Bollitos (Recipe #319).

Yield: 1 quart sauce (16 2-Tbsp. servings)
