Ricotta cheese 1-1/2 cups
Green onion, medium, sliced 3 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, divided 3/8 cup
Flour tortillas, 7" 12 ea.
Shrimp, medium, peeled, deveined and chopped, divided 1-1/2 lbs.
Tomatoes 3 ea.
Muenster cheese, shredded 1-1/2 cups


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, green onions and 3 Tbsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Spread on 6 flour tortillas; sprinkle with half of chopped shrimp. Top with remaining tortillas.
  2. Top tortillas with remaining shrimp, tomato and cheese; sprinkle with remaining 3 Tbsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. To serve, cut into wedges.
